Use ChatCut’s current billing screens for the offered price, tax, credit quantity, payment method, renewal date, and account-specific paid benefits.
Upgrade or buy credits
- To start Pro, open the avatar menu and select Upgrade. Choose the displayed credit tier and monthly or annual billing cycle, then complete checkout.
- If an active subscription can buy additional credits, open Avatar → Credits history → Buy Credits and choose a pack shown there.
Checkout supports card and Alipay where displayed. Monthly subscriptions paid by either method renew automatically. Annual card subscriptions renew automatically; an annual Alipay purchase covers one annual period without automatic renewal.
Paid benefits to check
Current plan-aware features include AI video-model access, cloned custom-voice narration and voice slots, transparent ProRes 4444 motion-graphics export, and removal of the Free cumulative web/cloud export quota. Generation can still consume credits after the plan unlocks access.
Billing problems
Open Avatar → Credits history to capture the transaction date and detail. Use Manage Payment or Update Payment for payment-method or past-due states. For an incorrect charge or refund request, use Feedback from the avatar menu or email team@chatcut.io with the transaction details.
